We are a small family-run enterprise. We care about long-term sustainability and are committed to making Down on the Farm as environmentally friendly as possible.
Our Aberdeenshire farm is a very natural and clean environment; timeless, diverse, unhurried and unpolluted. With abundant wildlife in the fields and coastline, low light pollution and the sounds of silence and water, we have in place a number of excellent measures to ensure these qualities live on.
As with many other businesses across Scotland, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint; we have a Silver level Green Tourism Award and are currently working towards Gold. Having sustainable business practices is at the heart of our business.
